-Body: Custom Paint Allowed, must have interior.
-Gears:   Modifications Allowed to replace stock 11T pinion for sidewinder and 9T pinion for in-line only, slot.it parts allowed.
-Bushings: Modifications Allowed, plastic or brass.
-Wheels/Axle:  No Modifications Allowed.
-Tires:  Rubber, yellow dogs or silicone.  May be Sanded.  No Tire Treatments Allowed.
-Electrical:  Motor Noise Filter Not Required.
-Magnet:  No Magnet.
-Motor:  Scalextric 18K only,  motor must have undamaged metal tabs. Cutting the shaft is allowed. No chemical additives to the motor (ex: voodoo drops) or other motor modifications allowed.
-Weight: Weight Allowed, interior only.
-Vehicle Ground Clearance: .040.
-Guide Blade:  No Modifications Allowed. May use any 1/32 manufactures braid. No chemical additives to the braids (ex: voodoo drops).
